Whew!! I just made two loaves of banana bread completely mixing it by hand with my wooden spoon!

The recipe is from my 1942 cook book! While doing it I was thinking about days long ago where cooks had to do that because they didn’t have the luxury of electric mixers! I bet they had strong arms too!!

I am hoping the texture is much better than when electric mixers are used!

I’ll post pics and tell you how they turned out!
