My RuhRoh moment is when I got back from my dog walk I have a migraine. Ughh I get so sick of those!! I broke down and decided to take my migraine prescription and anti nausea meds too.
I probably got too warm or maybe should have eaten first. I haven’t figured out what my triggers are so I am going to keep a journal and go see a migraine specialist so I can resolve this. I don’t know why I haven’t done that years ago as I have had these since my early twenties. My primary doc had thought about putting me on a daily med but I want to see a specialist first to get the best option.
I’m hoping this will clear ip my vision fast because I want to go to work. I traded for a nice shorter run and I don’t want to miss out on it!!
Bear and I are glad we got our walk in early, we got up at midnight, it’s 67 deg outside!! It will be too warm later after work for his paws to be out walking this afternoon!
