Heat pressure canner, add oil and brown meat. Add onions, salt, pepper, water, potatoes, green beans, carrots, tomatoes. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and when pressure cooker reaches 15 pounds of pressure cook for 8 minutes. Turn off heat and let pressure drop on it’s own.

Make a paste of the flour and 3/4 cups water and stir into stew to thicken!
We had Hawaiian rolls with ours and it was sooooo good!

I have fond memories of my grandmother coming delicious meals in her pressure cooker! The hardest part of this meal was the prep work! Everything turned out so tender!
I love my pressure cooker right along with all my cast iron cookware! Very fond memories of home!
