My fur friend Bear and I did our long walk on our frosty cold morning!

Now I am watching Monk which is a favorite crime show of mine, and knitting on my wide scarf which I like!! The colors are plum, lavender and pink, so far!!

I’m also fighting a migraine which sucks! They always make me nauseous, took some of my meds for it so hopefully it will go away or be masked by the meds soon!!

Thank goodness I got it on my day off instead of at work cuz I don’t want to mark off from work!!

Well I’m going to put a heating pad on my neck and shoulders and knit knit knit!!
