Bear and I stopped for a minute on our walk so I could photo these pretty grasses! Bear was happy to have me back home, he is my baby boy! I had a couple very large onions and some garlic that I needed to use so they wouldn’t go bad so I made a dressing of olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, coated the onions and garlic and roasted in the oven for 45 minutes at 400 degrees! Oh my gosh was it good!!!!!
