Cookies for the Freezer!

Image 5This are delish and quick to make. I bought any kind of ready made cookie dough, Cut about an inch slices and lay on side and cut in half, I mush them in the bottom of sprayed muffin tins. Cut peanut butter cups in half and place in the middle of each cookie dough.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8 or 9 minutes and then loosen around the edges with a knife.

Let them cool a bit and place on wire rack to cool. Place in plastic bags and then in a tupperware container and freeze.

Hubby likes to eat them right out of the freezer, I like to warm mine up on a plate in the microwave! Oh my gosh delicious!
