Happiness is crafting, early this morning I finished part one of my knit project. I won’t tell till my final reveal!!!  Look at my wonderful home made mac and cheese!!!!! I used sharp cheddar and Gruyere cheese and made a cheese sauce, I added cooked ground beef with two tomatoes added. Baked in a 375 degree oven for 35 minutes. I forgot to say I also added my home made bread crumbs on the top!

Good thing I made this early because we are expecting high winds and with that a chance of some power loss.
