We dropped my van off to the dealer for some work to be done on Saturday and planned on picking it up today. This particular dealer changed hands and obviously it has gone down in the toilet!!!! Hubby called me and said they lost the work order and don’t know where my van or keys are located. I told him to wait till I got home and we would drive down there.

I was prepared to call the police if they couldn’t find my van. We are both very livid at them! When we got there they had my keys and van, we told them to forget the work and took it somewhere else! Unbelievable! They definitely lost a customer!!!!
