This is what happens when a 100 pound German Shepherd accidentally steps on your foot! I had to go and see my foot doctor and the highly recommended urging of my husband. Good thing I did, they took x-rays and said I have hairline fractures. I have to wear this velcro boot while walking.
I am not allowed to walk the dog until I see my doctor again, he said I would risk breaking the bones completely through! Yikes!
Poor Boo Bear didn’t mean to hurt me, we just tangled or zigged when we should have zagged!

I’m bummed because I was planning on doing lots of walking to lose weight! I just have to post pone the exercise but I can make better food choices for now at least. Hugz sweetie
