I just finished reading this book about Actress Olivia Hussey! I loved her in Romeo and Juliet and I really enjoyed this book! I want to see her other films that she did in her career!

Yesterday I made this chicken and rice dish using already baked chicken thighs. I diced them up and assembled this casserole!

I am crocheting now and baking too, I will do a post on that later!
