This morning I made a cucumber spinach salad, it is so tasty. For my breakfast I made a spinach pesto omelette for the first time. I read up on how to make them so next time mine won’t come out so brown! I wanted it to be golden. Practice makes perfect!

I completed this cute puzzle too that was loaned to me! In the crock pot was a cabbage/spinach soup for this weeks dinners! I have chocolate mint plant so I made chocolate chip mint cookies. Next time I will infuse more of the mint so it is more vivid in the flavor!
