My azalea is blooming so pretty, I wished it stayed in bloom longer! Today I made chicken salad and an oven roast for this weeks meals and lunches. The recipes are from Trisha Yearwood’s Georgia Cooking in Oklahoma Kitchen. They are super delicious!

The chicken salad will be made into sandwiches for lunches!
