Chicken Curry with Saffron Rice

I wanted to try Saffron rice, look at the pretty little fronds in there! tee hee! I made a chicken curry to go with the rice and yum a great combination! This will be going in my lunch tomorrow!

    You should try this with sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes.
