I am wide awake
  I cannot sleep!
The loss of my dog
  Is so hard to take!
I miss her so deeply
  I feel so alone!
My house is too quiet!
  I need her here in my home!

It will take time…

  The loss of her is big

She was so sweet!

Saying good bye
  Is ever so hard
