This recipe is so good! I got the recipe from my blog friend Sheryl! Go to her site http://www.myauntthewac.com and get her recipe!
It reminds me of my grandma’s bread pudding recipe in a way! Yum!

It’s a sad day because
My friend and neighbor is moving away!
First we lost Andi and then we lost Hank
Bandit and Otto too! Bear’s Schnauzer Friend Passed away.
Now Laurie is leaving along with her Murphy
See Bear is losing his doggy friends too!
At least Laurie is moving not so far away
So I can go see her, have lunches for a day!
I am making her a teddy bear and she will get a doily as well
For her housewarming gifts
To let her know we will miss her but still care!
Off I go now to work on her gifts!
We are trying not to be sad, but happy for her new home!
She will always be our friend, wherever she may call her home!
Bear will miss seeing Murphy run around in his yard
Or their bumpy nose hello’s through the chain link fence in our yard!

I spent 3 fun hours yesterday downtown taking photographs!
This is the Portland Building and it sits next to City Hall. It was build in 1982 and in 2011 it was added to the National Register of Historic Places! I just may have to try and research how a building in 1982 can be added to that! It is really cool that it has though!!!!!
This is the statue Portlandia! I wanted to take a photo of her before the trees sprout out their leaves and obscure her! This statue was sculpted by artist Raymond Kaskey. It is the second largest sculpture statue in the United States.
It is based on the design of the City Seal. She is 34 feet and 10 inches high and weighs 6.5 short tons!
All the information came from Wikepedia!
I love city charm, beautiful buildings that make our city!

I made a bucket list of where I wanted to go downtown, after work I caught a bus and went downtown and walked and walked and walked some more! I took photos of various places I wanted to capture! Here are a couple of teasers! I will share in many several posts!
I am proud of myself! I got exercise and fed my photo-holic needs to take beautiful photographs!
This was taken neat the Steel Bridge, a view of Portland downtown skyline!
The trees along Waterfront park are in full bloom and fantastic!!! I took this on the Steel Bridge looking down! I love it and was in seventh heaven!
It was fun being out on my grand adventure!
