I’m proud that I got all my chores done yesterday so today I can relax. I always like to cook on Sundays to make something to have around for lunches or dinners for the work week as I don’t have time to cook after work.

Now aren’t these babies beauties?? There is something about the sound of sizzlin’ in a cast iron skillet!!!! I get tired of the usual way that I make pork chops so decided to do the rare frying of them! Yummmmmmm!
