Sometimes I just want to cry! This is day two of my migraine. I have been keeping better records so my doctor can decide the best plan of attack for me. I have decided too to not take coffee to work this week and see if maybe that is one of my triggers. My migraines are getting worse too with my symptoms. I wished they would just go away.

On a lighter note here are some fun pics!Bear is laying in front of my fan enjoying it with me! See we both have hot flashes! tee heeBear and I on a very early walk, he was tracking the cat that you see! Bear never saw the cat, the kitty was sure keeping a watchful eye! Please note that I never let Bear chase them. My precious baby boy will be seven years old on Tuesday. Next weekend he will get special homemade treats!
