I made the mistake of buying a dark coffee, it looks rich and beautiful but it is way too strong and on the bitter side for me!

No, no, no, no, NO! Say it isn’t so! How can good coffee be too strong? Bad coffee, yes, good coffee, no.
Years ago I lived in Rwanda (before the troubles) and we would get dried green coffee beans, roast and grind them ourselves and drip them fresh. That is when I learned to love strong coffee black. I am now one of those maniacs who buy strong coffee with two add shots of espresso, although, alas, now I drink only decaf…one of the signs of getting old.
Grow into it…it gets delicious. If anyone can acquire a taste for wine (awful stuff, that) then anyone can acquire a taste for good strong coffee. I hope! 🙂
