When my hubby was alive, Sunday I would always spend the day cooking to have meals ready for the week! It helps a lot. I haven’t done it for a while and I am starting to get back into that routine again.
I pan cooked well seasoned chops in EVOO! Yum! Then I made a huge salad with new add ins of English cucumber which I love and I also added Snap Peas! Wild rice and then saute mushrooms in some butter and then a bit of wine added, these were used to top the steak! Now I don’t have to cook at all this week! Yay!
