Tina Casserole with a “Lisa” Twist!

My good friend Tina gave a wonderful casserole idea and I put my own twist on it! Recipes are fun to make them your own too!

I made her and I a Ribeye Steak lunch today. The steaks were MONDO! So she gave me this wonderful idea!

Cut the steak into bite size pieces and throw in the casserole dish
Cook Rotini noodles until just Al Dente!
I chopped up Gruyere cheese and threw them in the casserole dish. Also grated parmesan cheese in there too!
Saute onion and mushrooms and garlic in some butter until tender . Add 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup and one can of half and half, also sour cream! Heat until nicely mixed and creamy!
Pour over the noodles and top with bread crumbs or potato chips
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly!

Oh my gosh it is sinfully delicious! Now to do my treadmill tomorrow!

Yum! Especially now that I have nothing (leftovers) in the fridge and I don’t feel like cooking. Maybe I can dig up some potato chips in the pantry.
