I am working on keeping cholesterol in check and losing weight! I made Chickpea Salad spread for lunches this week and I just made this black bean dish and had some for dinner and rest will be in my lunches too! Wow it is so good! I really like this one! You can get the recipe from this cook book! I can’t post it because I don’t want to infringe on copyright laws!
I learned a lesson though, wear gloves when cleaning hot Chile peppers, cuz I thought I got it off my hands but touched my face and it was red and burning in the spots I touched. The peppers give it just the right amount of zing and flavor!
