Sunday I make things for my work week! I baked a garlic & herb pork tenderloin. I sliced them into medallions while it is still warm. Oven roasted potatoes, Brussel Sprouts and asparagus in some evoo, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper. Crock pot small roast with vegetables.
This makes it so easy for my lunches and dinners for the week!
