I am busy stocking my freezer with home made goodness! This weekend I made chicken in the instant pot and packaged it for the freezer along with the broth! Then I made home made Northern Bean soup! Two containers in the freezer for future meals!
It is so nice to have make ahead meals so all I have to do is thaw it out heat it up!

I love making soup and my freezer always has plenty on standby! Mushroom soup for today’s lunch to warm my bones on a cold and dreary day in the UK.
I shall have to try making home made mushroom soup!
