I sauté bacon and then onion in them for flavor.bacon bits that is! Then added baby portobellos,zucchini’s kale, spinach, Roma tomatoes, kosher salt, pepper then some cayenne for kick. Garlic and red wine. Also add grated Parmesan cheese. Yummy, easy mostly healthy meal! I always have to,add a little bit of bad in there!
