I made home made chickpea noodle soup for this weeks food and I wanted to try cooking acorn squash in my Instant Pot. The squash turned out tender but I really like it better in the oven because it gives it a nice golden color and makes the house smell good! Sometimes the old fashioned way is better! tee hee! It did turn out good though.
