I was inspired by someone and made my own turkey hash and wow! Great way to use your leftovers for a new turkey meal! Awesome flavor! I used onions that were slow sautéed, turkey (the star), stuffing, gravy, yummy corn dish, carrots all of which my dear friend gave me! A day after Thanksgiving labor of love leftovers meal! I am going to freeze leftover turkey that I have in the fridge for a future soup for this winter!
