Weekend Menu Goodness & Beach Day Fun

Today I roasted baby potatoes and asparagus, topped them with honey mustard salad dressing. For my dinner I made a beef and broccoli rice bowl. I didn’t have flank stead so I used ground beef.

Yesterday I spent the day at the beach, went to the seafood and wine festival with my friends. Now it is time to chill for the rest of the afternoon.
