Today I made home made Hot Buttered Rum batter to take to my Sis as she loves having that for winter drinks! I had to sample it and wow it is good! Now I can keep her stocked up when she can’t find it in the store. She may even like mine better!

I made pasta fagioli in my instant pot this morning. Next time I will use can great northern beans as my beans were not quite all done but wow the flavor is fantastic!
