Chicken Soup for the Soul….
I started to debone the chicken that I baked yesterday and as I got closer to the bone, I could see the chicken wasn’t done. GROSS! So I plopped the chicken in my pot with water and boiled it to goodness.
Then I drained it with colander into a large bowl to save the broth, deboned the chicken and put in nummy veggies and made soup out of it!
Next time I bake my chicken it has to be in the oven longer! Nothing wrong with home made soup!
