Vacation Is Over, So Sad! Tee Hee
Spent the day with friends and we saw these beautiful wildflowers! Vacation was relaxing, just stayed home for the most of it. Part of it I wasn’t feeling well but it is back to the grind tomorrow! Boo hoo! I have everything all ready for my work week.

June 23, 1 Year Anniversary of Rescuing My Gizmo
Tomorrow is the one year anniversary of me adopting Gizmo! It is hard to believe how fast the time has gone! She is my shy and very sweet little girl! She has come a long way though and is starting to show friskiness and playfulness in her yard! When dogs walk by she barks and tells them this is her yard!

Pacific City ~ Awesome Beach Day
Yesterday I spent the day at the beach with my friends and we had a blast! We climbed the big sand dune hill to get this incredible view! It was hard to do but felt so good that we did it!

Northern Bean Soup & Cole Slaw
Cabbage is my theme this week! I love cabbage! So I whipped up a northern white bean soup with cabbage then made a home made Cole slaw! So very tasty!

Home Made Sandwich Bread! Yay!
I spent the day making home made sandwich bread! This took 3 rises in the process! Good things take love and time! I can’t wait to taste it! Wow my kitchen smells so good! I know this will make me never want to buy bread from the store ever again!
I have been blogging for 8 years now, happy blogsiversary to me! Wow time sure flies fast! I have loved this hobby and always will! I have made some nice friends through blogging too!

Books & Cooking!
I just finished reading this book about Actress Olivia Hussey! I loved her in Romeo and Juliet and I really enjoyed this book! I want to see her other films that she did in her career!
Yesterday I made this chicken and rice dish using already baked chicken thighs. I diced them up and assembled this casserole!
I am crocheting now and baking too, I will do a post on that later!

Casserole and Chicken Thighs ~ This Weeks Menu
I was able to bake both of these dishes in the oven at the same time! It made for nice fast cooking for this weeks menus! Ham and Noodle Casserole, and baked chicken thighs!

Crochet Gifts and Home Made Liqueur
I made these bears for a couple of friends of mine and Limoncello and lemon poppyseed cake for my friend for her birthday.
The bears wanted to sip on the Limoncello!

Home Made Chili, Home Made Stock
I put home made chili in the crock pot and put chicken carcass and vegetable leavings as I call them, that I had been saving up in the freezer in the stock pot to make home made chicken/vegetable stock for the freezer for future soups!
