I love this lady! She is the sweetest checker at our local Fred Meyer store! I always go through her line when I get the chance! She is having fun on Halloween today all dressed up bringing cheer to her customers!!!!!

This morning my friend Tim knocked on my cab door and gave me 3 home made pumpkin truffles!!! Oh my gosh they were soooooooo good! He makes the best truffles in all kinds of flavors!

Many thanks to my manager Donny who made my day very special today!!!!!!!! I was voted in as Rail Operator of the Quarter. Donny had me relieved off my train today at 10:45 and my party was at 12:30. Here is the pics of the wonderful spread!

A way to a girl’s heart is chocolate!!!! And look at those MONDO apples!!!!!!! I got a very nice clock too and a 50 dollar gift certificate to McMenamins and a nice check for spending money!!!!! He sure spoiled the heck out of me!!!!!!

I was able to squeeze in a walk for my Boo Bear amid the torrential rain storms today! I was so enjoying this big beautiful yellow tree on our walk today! Fantastic!

We lost our power this evening due to the wind storm….
My kitchen Angel helped me see in my dark kitchen!

Since we had no internet, no t.v. and no lights, I was able to watch my Columbo movie on my laptop. Hubby watched a movie on his computer too!
Yay we have our power back, we were without it for 3 hours.

Happiness is crafting, early this morning I finished part one of my knit project. I won’t tell till my final reveal!!! 
Look at my wonderful home made mac and cheese!!!!! I used sharp cheddar and Gruyere cheese and made a cheese sauce, I added cooked ground beef with two tomatoes added. Baked in a 375 degree oven for 35 minutes. I forgot to say I also added my home made bread crumbs on the top!
Good thing I made this early because we are expecting high winds and with that a chance of some power loss.
