Weekend Puttering…..

Bear got two walks this morning, one with me earlier and we took papa with us for a second one. We have a chicken roasting in the oven so the house will smell so good!!!!! BearToleratingMondoOnHeadBear was tolerating me putting his Mondo on his head! That what I call his new toy he got for his birthday. He absolutely loves it! BearSnugglingMondoAhhh, Bear lying on his back snuggling with his Mondo! You can tell he is happy and content! YellowBloomEnjoying summer blooms before they all go away!

Now off to do more knitting on my project! I can’t wait for it to start to come together!

My Niece’s Adorable Baby!

My niece wanted a bear for her baby girl, so I whipped one out for her! Here my niece shared the pic with me! Now how adorable is that??

Addison is precious with her new purple bear! Her Grandma Tracy sent her a gorgeous hand knit blanket too!

Enjoying Saturday……

I got most of my chores done today and now it is fun time! MyLasagnaDinner for two??? tee hee! Good thing we have a freezer! I love cooking in huge amounts! When I do this I dream of having my own restaurant! That would be so cool since I love to cook so much! My husband loves my lasagna! Good thing! MyKnitSquareI just finished a knit square and I added a crochet edging! I am working on a blanket and I wanted to combine both of my favorite hobbies! I hope it turns out! We shall see!

Pepe LePew…..

Early this morning Bear and I got done with our walk and turned onto our culdesac, he was on high alert and I thought maybe he had seen a cat, I looked closer and yikes it was a skunk walking near our neighbors car.

IMG_4234I took Bear and we ran to our front door and got in the house fast, I sure didn’t want us to get sprayed by the skunk! I don’t know how fast they move but we sure didn’t want to find out! That would have just sucked! I know there are probably a lot in our neighborhood cuz we always smell their end trails!
