Got our yard work done, doing laundry and then the rest of the weekend is just rest! Yay!!!! Hubby and I still have our colds but doing better. My poor husband is having terrible back pain. He has to wait a couple weeks to get in to see the doctor which bites.

My poor puppy didn’t get his walk this afternoon as I don’t feel good, but he got to go to Rite Aid with me in the van to get anti cold supplies! He loves riding in the van!

I once was a piece of farm equipment
I worked hard to help you with your land
Now I am old and retired
Just sitting here on your lawn
Aging faster than the blades of this grass
I once made your work so much easier
I am glad you haven’t thrown me away
But to sit here and show me off to others
Yet somehow I can still make someone’s day!
For now I am just a memory
Of the hard work that I once have done
Now I am a piece of history
Just lying here in the warm sun!
I hope that you have liked my poem

This brings back memories!! My sister and I were big fans of the Hardy Boys Nancy Drew Mysteries! Of course I was in love with Shaun Cassidy!! Look at the hair styles and Shaun is wearing bell bottoms!!
