It brings me great joy to know that I am doing my job right when I get a special gift like I got today from a young lady who rides my bus every day! Wow she made my day!

She took the time to write a nice Bible verse too and a note of kindness on the back of the card as well!

She definitely made my day! My smiles definitely goes a long way!

It was an absolute gorgeous day to go on a hike today! Trying to get back into healthy, a long journey ahead but have to start somewhere!

This took me a while to have over 500 photos printed up and create these photo albums to honor my beloved Gizmo whom crossed rainbow bridge back in January. I am proud of these, now I can enjoy her memory by looking at them at any time!

Now I have to create ones for my two beloved shepherds who were a part of my life as well! Fur kids live big imprints on our hearts!

I have two food dehydrators, today I did these banana chips in my vintage Mr. Coffee food dehydrator!

I few weeks ago I did these teriyaki beef jerky in my new Cosori Food Dehydrator and it turned out so delicious!

This is definitely a fun new hobby to make yummy goodness treats!

I had to honor the beautiful fur kids who made my life so much better! I miss them a whole lot! They are now angels in heaven rather than angels here on earth! I will always cherish the fond memories of each of them!

I bought Salmon from Costco and cut it up in several pieces for the freezer! Today I had a piece for my lunch and it was so good. I made my own tarter sauce too as it is so simple to make!

For an easy meal for lunches I made chicken and rice casserole! This has bone in chicken thighs and drumsticks. I removed the skins. I have had this particular recipe from a friend since 1986. It is hard to believe how fast time flies by! The recipe reminds me of my friend, fond childhood memories.

This was taken quite a long time ago, I was on a walk in my neighborhood and thought he was so adorable! I wonder what he is thinking as I walk by his house! Hey stay out of my yard? Or maybe where is the Scooby snacks lady! tee hee

I have no idea what his or her name is but I call him Doodle Bug! He is so adorable and he made my day on my walk!
