I am so glad that it is Friday! Quite a few of my buddies and work and me were forced into overtime by events at work. Sometimes it just can’t be helped. I rode the train with one of my buddies and we caught Lyft to take us back to the train yard.

Since I got home so late, I didn’t want to cook, so I fed and took care of my Bear pooch, then I went to dinner by myself at the Bomber restaurant! I don’t usually like to go out to eat by myself. The food was so good! I love the Betty Boop that they have on display!

Day with Friends then Family…

This morning I met two friends for breakfast and had a great time!

This is my friend’s new toy! He let me sit in it! He said it can get up to 90 some miles per hour! Yikes, too scary for me! tee hee

Then I went and spent the afternoon with my mom-in-law! Look at her beautiful flowers from her yard!

Gorgeous!!! I need to get me some of those purple flowers! I love them! That is mom’s favorite color too!

My New Mixer…

I used to have one a long long time ago. Something happened to it, since then I have always used a small hand mixer. Well, no more!!!! I got me a red one today since that is the theme of some things in my kitchen! Suhweeet! Going to make Sis her favorite cookies today with it!Woo hoo!
