With a three week hiatus and one week vacation: it is back to work tomorrow!
Early to bed and early to rise
Wake up, Wake Up, Wake up my sleepy little eyes!
Bring on the Coffee, cup after cup!
The Java drink can help wake me up!
Off to bed I go, get some winks of sleep
Alarm clock in the morning wake me, get up and hurry!
Walk the dog and make him happy for his day!

I wanted something easy and different for my lunches this week! I go back to work tomorrow after my family care hiatus to care for my spouse.
I looked for a recipe to roast the peppers and onions and oh my gosh they are so good! Then I baked chicken breasts (suggestion from Sis for good protein) to go with the roasted goodness!
Ahhhh lunch is going to be so good tomorrow! Plus I will have fruit for my snacks too!

Yay I finally got my OttLite craft light today! I had a 60% off coupon, plus got two skeins of yarn at 30% off and then on top of that I had a 25% off entire purchase coupon, so I saved just a little over 125.00 today! Woo hoo!!!!
Now I can see my yarn and if I do cross stitch again in their true colors!!!

I wanted to take a little something extra special to Sis house tomorrow so I made this pumpkin bundt cake! I was nervous on whether it would come out of the pan in perfect condition and yay it did!!!!

I made two pumpkin pies, one to take to Sis house tomorrow and one for me! tee hee! I have a pumpkin bundt cake in the oven that I will be taking to Sis house too, pics to follow once it come out of the oven. It will be placed on that pretty Christmas plate I got today! Relaxing with a glass of Italian wine and as you can see my fur kid is happy napping!
