I like to cook a coupe of things that will be nice meals for us for during the week! I did simple spaghetti in the crock pot and cooked a nice big pork roast on the stove for 3 hours. It was cooked in chicken broth and some apple juice! Going to be good eating this week!

I got a lot accomplished this weekend! Feels good!

Bear got a bath this morning and he was so good about it, so I gave him his new Halloween Ghost toy. He wasn’t really thrilled with me because I put fresh breath cleaner on his teeth!
He hates posing for my camera too! He was such a good boy! He is taking his nap now!

Bear got a new possum (its a hedgehog be he knows them as possum) he also got this new squirrel pictured above! A cute new doggy toy!
His other toys are going to get washed today, we have a stuffed animal setting on our washing machine which is kewl!
Bear is going to help me in the yard today raking leaves! tee hee!

I just finished this fuchsia Bear, with the lighting in my house it looks red but it isn’t.
Monday she goes to her new owner along with Coffee Bear! Marla and I are trading art, her husband does welding art and he made this really cool owl! I hope Marla loves how this bear turned out!

Saute onion til tender in Olive Oil, then add chopped zucchini, Kielbasa chopped, a can of great northern beans, a can of diced tomatoes in juice. Season with Italian Herb and some red pepper flakes to your liking, also add chicken stock and simmer until cooked and tender! Wow slumgullion goodness!

We had a major down pour of rain and it washed all of our garbage cans down the street. I had to go and rescue mine with my van, good thing they both fit nicely!
