We had baked salmon and corn for dinner! I made a marinade of some lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt, garlic ~ marinate the fish in that for an hour.

Hubby helped me make foil packets for the fish and the corn, the corn was boiled yesterday so in the corn packet we put a pat of butter.

Placed the packets on a cookie sheet and baked for 40 minutes in a 375 degree oven!

Wow what a delicious and easy meal!
