I tried to get a good picture of this blue heron, I would have to stop my train to get him, but this is about as good as I can get! I love seeing him in the Merlo Pond! Makes my day to see him there!

This pigeon makes me chuckle because this is his favorite spot near Starbucks and the lady who sells flowers! I have seen him there two days in a row now and felt he was worthy of a photo! He has a cool color of feather rather than the icky colors that most pigeons have! tee hee!
