I had the other halves of my cabbage that I needed to use, so it is simmering on the stove! I didn’t have chicken broth so I used water and added bouillon cubes for flavor. Salt, Pepper, Cayenne, butter and some olive oil, and saute onions!
Yum! Going to be good! I love cabbage!

On my grocery list is some cabbage to make a traditional winter dish in northern Italy. We are so tired of this colder than cold weather!
