Losing a spouse is very hard to go through, and battling depression is hard too because you miss that loved one so much! I know that I have to go on living, so here are the steps I am doing to try and heal about my loss which I know time will make it easier.
The footprints are mine, I am going to a therapist to help through the grief process! He said I am going through the normal process and he is helping me with ideas to help the depression! Don’t be afraid to go to a therapist to help you with your grieving!
I am trying to get back into my photography and my crocheting!! When I am at home it is hard because I miss my husband sitting next to me!
I started going through photographs and editing them to have a photo company print them up as I am going to get into scrapbooking to tell my memories story!
Nothing beats fur kid therapy, Bear is always there to give me love and hugz and keep mama laughing and smiling!
