I did all of my chores on Saturday and that included cooking for my work week meals. I made home made chicken/veggie broth, baked a pork roast and made Cabbage Rolls without the “rolls” hahaha! Along with the cabbage meal I made cauliflower mash instead of mashed potatoes because I don’t need the carbs!
My tummy will be happy this week! tee hee

Yes, I like making a big batch and freezing half for later!
I do the same 🙂 and its healthier to freez when chilled!
