Over the weekend I made poached eggs with Hollandaise sauce for the very first time. The egg on the right was a little bit overdone but the left egg was perfect! I didn’t have English muffins or Canadian bacon so had to do without.

Look that the gorgeous tree I get to enjoy on my walks on my work breaks!
