For breakfast I made this breakfast hot dish ( upper midwest inspired) you can chuckle at my random crinkle fries as I ran out of tater tots to cover the top! This was very tasty breakfast! Sausage, egg, cheese and tots! Yummy!

I am going to read and crochet today since we are getting into indoor weather time of year!
