This morning I roasted Fennel, baked sweet potatoes and made this awesome soup with simple ingredients of Kale, Collard Greens, Leeks, one chicken thigh and small amount of shell pasta, a thickener and some butter! Wow so perfect and flavorful for cold fall days! We are going to be getting rain the next three days so I also mowed the lawn!

Now it is time to relax the rest of the evening with Gizmo!
