This was taken on my break at work! So beautiful! Fall makes me happy!
The weather has been cold and very wet and rainy, so that called for a huge batch of home made stew! I bought a chuck roast and cut it into medallions myself! Wow the best way to make stew! I got carried away on the cooking as I always make way too much! That is ok because it makes for perfect stocking up the freezer for future meals!

In these times, it is a good idea to stock up on food.
So sad but true! I have bean so careful too to not waste anything! When things get so spendy we get more creative
Fall makes me happy until I have to rake all the leaves in the yard. It wouldn’t be such a bad thing if it were just MY leaves, but also I get the ones from the chesnut forest that surrounds us on two sides and the chestnut trees in my neighbor’s garden!
Wow that sucks! I cut down my huge oak because it was getting way too hard to rake the mountains of leaves every year!
