A Quiet Day for Us Today!
We had only a quick errand to run this morning and enjoyed the sun trying to peek out of the fog!
I has veen a very long time since I made Chicken Fried Steak for our dinner so that is what we had today with home made mashed potatoes and gravy and some corn!

Sweet, and you can see my crochet blanket in the photo too! Happiness is Bear snuggling with me on my lap enjoying his time with his mama! We played a lot today with his B Ball as we call it and his stuffed duck toy.
He is my loyal, gentle giant, my shadow dog always keeping an eye on me and what a joy to have him as my fur-kid!

Blondie’s Kitchen….
Tonight I wanted simple! These thin breakfast type chops are so fast and easy to cook! Add stovetop stuffing and Italian bread dipped in olive oil with salt and wow, yummy easy dinner!
