My Saturday Happenings…

Had fun watching squirrels in my tree. They were chasing each other playing, when I ran and got my camera only captured the one! Drats!

Bear decided it was nap time after our afternoon walk! Got my grocery shopping and laundry done and a nice lunch with hubby!

Now it is knitting time! My hippo says don’t make any mistakes! I had to rip it out and start over because I made a boo boo! I have to concentrate harder on knitting. Crochet comes as second nature to me, Knitting is more challenging! Makes the brain work! tee hee

I am watching one of my most favorite cooking shows Trisha’s Southern Kitchen”!

Saw this Sea Gull sitting on the light, I am sure he is hoping for some food to show up somewhere!

These pretty horses were out grazing in their field as I drove by on my way home!

To me happiness is the era of the roaring 20’s! I love their style! Great representatives of that era are Robert Redfor and Mia Farrow of the Great Gatsby! A wonderful film! Also Essie Davis in Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries! One of my dreams is to dress like the 1920’s era!

Knit-tastic!

My little tapestry of greatness! Yarn threads being woven stitch by stitch!
So far no mistakes, without a hitch!
Every night a knit a little more!
To make my project grow and grow
Into a blanket or throw!

I am an avid crocheter and when I successfully complete a knitting project it is so awesome! It takes more concentration for me to do the knitting to make sure I don’t make mistakes! Sometime Youtube sure helps if I need it to understand certain stitches! Don’t want to get unraveled over boo boo’s! tee hee! I hope that left ya in stitches!
