We went to Haggs Tree Farm and they have animals there you can pet and feed treats. I loved feeding the very sweet cow!

This beautiful Italian church was built in 1902 by Italian Immigrants. It is located in downtown in what used to be the heart of Portland’s Little Italy.
In 1961 Portland’s Urban Renewal movement abolished Little Italy. The church is undergoing restorations! There is a committee to bring back rich Italian culture! They are working to build an Italian American Cultural Center!
I love all things Italy and have always admired this beautiful church when I see it!

I was on my break in Hillsboro and saw this stupid “Dumas” follow a train into our layover where he isn’t supposed to be! Then he was going to try to cross in front of me on the pedestrian sidewalk but I was laying on the horn motioning him to get out of there!
Where are the Sheriff Deputies when you need them?? Would have been awesome if one of them happened to be there to see this!

I love old architecture! This is Portland City hall and it is a four story Italian Renaissance style building and it was completed in 1895.
This building is on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. It is hard to believe a building can be around for that long period of time! Such wonderful history!
