Happy Thanksgiving!

My hubby had to have a procedure done this morning and he is home now resting. In the mean time, I did my Thanksgiving preparations.

My kitchen Angel was watching over me as I cooked and baked. I made two home made pumpkin pies! Hubby shared his trick with me last year to make perfect pies! Yay I did it! My strawberry salad is ready too.

Here Bear was playing lazy tug of war yesterday with me. He and I just got back from our walk and he is a happy puppy now.

I just watched the new show Chicago Med and love it! Great cast!

I love this movie which was released on December 19, 1980 starring Neil Diamond (who is one of my favorite singers), the beautiful Lucy Arnaz, and the incredible Laurence Olivier!

Good movies like this stand the test of time!

Now to go and watch one of my favorite crime shows The Midsomer Murders

Fall Leaves…..

Fall beauty! Bear and I went for a walk this morning and it was 28 degrees. Brrrr!

Thank goodness for warm jammies and fuzzy slippers and hot Italian coffee to keep warm!

Move The Parent Trap

Hubby and me watched the 1998 movie The Parent Trap with Dennis Quaid, Natasha Richardson and Lindsay Lohan.

I loved all three actors in this movie! I may be a little late seeing it but loved it!

Shopping Is Done…

I got my shopping done this morning for my Thanksgiving feast.

I made pork chops for tonights meal. I have been tired of the coffee that I have been buying and wanted something different! I was happy to see the Italian coffee! I also got a package of Kauai coffee, I just made the Italian coffee and it tastes so good!

Pets at Petco….

I saw these cuties as I was loading my dogs food into my van. The husky wasn’t too interested in me but the Rotty sure was! I said hi as I snapped his photo and he started to bark at me so I got in my van and left him alone so he did’t feel I was invading his space! Speaking of space, the canopy doesn’t fit! Made for a good laugh though!

We had to take Bear to the vet, he has been having some nasty discharge from his nose. His doctor thinks it could be an infection.

Bear sure loves his doctor and gave her lots of kisses! She is very fond of Bear which is very cool!
